Yes. Engagements often evolve - an advisory review becomes a turnkey build, a build rolls into continuing engagement. Same people throughout, so nothing is lost in the switch.

No. The founders you meet on the first call do the work. If a project needs more hands than we have, we say no to the project rather than yes to strangers.

You do, from day one. Everything is built in your repositories and your cloud accounts under your access controls. There is nothing to transfer at the end because nothing ever lived anywhere else.

Advisory runs days to weeks. Turnkey builds typically run six to twelve weeks depending on scope. Fractional and continuing engagements run month to month for as long as they earn their keep - no lock-in periods.

A thirty-minute call, then a short written proposal: scope, timeline, price, and what we'd skip. If it's a turnkey build, the proposal includes the handover plan from day one.

Handover means documentation, runbooks, and a team that owns what it runs. After that, continuing engagement is available - quarterly reviews and a known team on call - but it's an option, never a dependency.
