By engagement model. Turnkey builds are fixed-fee against a defined scope, fractional teams are a monthly retainer, advisory is per review or per day. You'll have numbers after the first call, not after a sales cycle.
Advisory can start within a week. Build engagements usually begin within two to four, depending on scope and current commitments. If something is on fire, say so and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Yes, most of our work is remote and spans time zones. Bengaluru afternoons overlap with Europe, evenings with the US. We schedule calls to fit your day, not ours.
Yes, that's the default. We work in your repos, your cloud accounts, your pipelines. We recommend changes on the merits and never rip out what already works.
Both. A single architecture review can be the whole engagement, or a fractional team can run alongside yours for quarters. Early-stage teams usually start small; funded teams often want a fractional platform team. We size the work to the problem, not the other way round.
