Pavan is the Co-Founder and CEO of SIPATECH, bringing over 25 years of experience across mobile technologies, production engineering, and cloud-driven platforms. He began his career in the Mobile Value-Added Services (VAS) domain, delivering cost-effective solutions across Africa that enabled partners to unlock new revenue streams and build sustainable growth.
Over the years, he has held key leadership roles at organizations such as PyroGroup, Yahoo!, Cisco, and CaaStle - leading large-scale production engineering teams and managing critical platforms across global regions. His work has consistently improved system reliability, operational efficiency, and the ability of organizations to scale with confidence.
He brings an automation-first mindset, focused on reducing operational toil, improving engineering productivity, and enabling teams to operate at scale. He has led major infrastructure and data migrations, driven process maturity to achieve ISO standards, and transformed teams into modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering organizations - while optimizing cloud costs through a FinOps-driven approach.
With a strong focus on aligning technology with business outcomes, he is known for anticipating market trends and applying emerging technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Sidhartha is the Co-Founder & CTO of SIPATECH, bringing over two decades of experience in platform engineering, multi-cloud architecture, and large-scale data and AI infrastructure. He specialises in designing cloud-native, multi-cloud, and AI-ready platforms that help organisations move faster, scale confidently, and operate with strong reliability and cost discipline.
He has built and scaled technology platforms at organisations such as AOL, Yahoo!, Nokia, Intuit, and CaaStle - anchoring the Hadoop platform team at Nokia and leading its migration to AWS, building the Big Data platform from scratch at Intuit including one of the largest Kafka deployments in the world, and modernising the engineering practice end-to-end at CaaStle with Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and FinOps.
More recently, Sidhartha has focused on the next frontier - architecting multi-cloud AI infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure for a venture-backed AI startup, with deep work on GPU orchestration, distributed inference, and AI platform foundations. This experience now anchors the work at SIPATECH with teams building production-grade infrastructure for GenAI and Agentic AI Systems.
With a strong architectural mindset and deep operational experience, Sidhartha focuses on automation, observability, security, and developer enablement - translating complex platform challenges into scalable, resilient systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.
